Counseling for Subject Choice

One of the biggest dilemmas that students face at the start of their O level studies the choice of the field of study that they would like to pursue in their lives. There are many sessions conducted with O level children before they are required to select a career path after completion of their grade 8 studies. These sessions enable pupils to explore the available options and select their field of study consciously instead of making a choice in darkness.

Teaching Faculty

RCS boasts of a well-trained and well-experienced teaching staff. Their teaching skills are enhanced through regular training workshops and one-to-one sessions held to provide need-based professional support. The teachers are sent to attend Cambridge INSET workshops in relevant subjects to help them gain necessary knowledge and skills in preparing their students for examination.

Equivalence

O level studies are equivalent to Matriculation in Pakistan. A government body called IBCC issues an equivalence certificate after completion of O level studies. This certificate is needed to seek admission in any public university in Pakistan. The certificate is issued only when a candidate has succeeded in completing a minimum of eight basic subjects outlined above.
