Rockford Cambridge School was established in this year as an O level education provider. At the time of its inception, it accepted admissions to only two classes i.e. grade 6 and grade 9.
In this year, admissions were accepted in all grades from playgroup to O level. The number of pupils tripled within a year of its establishment.
In year 2011, the first ever batch of students appeared in O level Examination held in May/June session. The same batch completed its O level studies by appearing in the remaining subject in the next examination session held in May/June 2012.
With the completion of O level studies by the first batch of pupils at RCS, the school decided to initiate its much awaited A level programme in a new branch. The programme received overwhelming response from parents and students in the city.
This year RCS opened its third branch to accommodate the ever growing number of students across all levels of schooling.
This year saw further growth in the number of students and the Board members decided to expand the operation with improved efficiency and opened the fourth branch of RCS.
The Board Members felt the need for expanding the services at RCS and started the Matriculation stream of studies due to the constant requests from parental body.
