Among the students we deal with in any educational institution, there are many future scientists, scholars, leaders, managers, workers and politicians. Besides academic growth, the development and enhancement of lifelong skills of leadership is another major responsibility of schools all over the world. To help achieve this, RCS has a routine of setting up Students’ Council every academic year. The Council, consisting of members elected through a general election held within school, helps in organizing and managing various activities that are held as part of the School’s ECA and CCA programme. The experience gained through involvement in planning and executing these activities in collaboration with teaching staff help the acquisition and development of planning skills among all students.
